Horse owners, importers and horse transportation businesses are urged to help stop the spread. You can help by quarantining all new arrivals. Make sure you prioritise vaccinations and strengthen your biosecurity measures. It’s also important that you provide plenty of supportive care and rest to any infected horse, to prevent further complications. Also, keep dust levels down.
